"I have been with Garrett’s State Farm agency for over 5 years. He and his team consistently deliver unparalleled service. His team are always polite, respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. They have worked with me in the past in finding competitive rates and in processing claims. I recently had the unfortunate experience of an uninsured motorist total one of my vehicles. Although I worked with the State Farm claims department, Katie Reed from Garrett’s team got involved and helped expedite the payoff, convert my coverage to the new vehicle I bought and sent me temporary ID cards while the permanent cards were being processed. This agency sets the bar for genuine customer satisfaction!"

"My family has used Garrett Schafer going on 20 years with cars home ect. Recently Chaz from his little group messed up my covarage and without any contact or notification dropped my coverage and caused the state of Georgia to drop my registration and now they want me to pay for a mistake that they admittedly caused.i have called on several occasions to talk to Garrett but for some reason he is never available he will not return phone calls. They have added stuff to my insurance that is untrue. This place is scamming people and nothing is being done. Garrett this in reply to yours I highly doubt that this is Garrett who answered I do believe this is one of the cronies B/c I have tried and tried to reach out and I have gotten nothing except higher rates."
